This Data Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions in respect of the collection, use, disclosure of the Personal Data in relation to you’re the User’s use of the Product/Services provided by Sarvatra Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Sarvatra”).

By continuing to use the Product/Services, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy and provide Sarvatra with the express voluntary consent for the collection and usage of the User’s personal information in accordance with the terms stated herein.

Personal Data:

“Personal Data” shall mean data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data such as name, phone number, email id.

Collection and Use of Personal Data:

In order to use the Product, the User may be required to share some of the User’s data with Sarvatra for setting up the User Account. Sarvatra receives, collects, compiles, stores, processes, and utilizes data solely for providing Services to the User.

In case the User is under 18 years of age, the User may use HydePay only under the guidance of and with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Sarvatra’s data protection and privacy thereof are governed by industry level standards applicable to contingencies arising out of the provision of Services. Necessary checks and balances for access to data are provided by Sarvatra on par with industry standards. This practice is accepted as providing sufficient further cover to any data received by Sarvatra.

Storage of Personal Data:

The User’s Personal Data which includes the User’s name, phone number, email id is stored with Sarvatra in an encrypted format and necessary safeguards are ensured to avoid unauthorized disclosure of the same.

Sarvatra does not store any data relating to the User’s credit/debit cards, and EMVCo Standards are applicable to any such card data shared by the User.

Sharing of Personal Data:

The User understands and acknowledges that Sarvatra shall not disclose the Personal Data to any third party whatsoever except as may be required to be disclosed/shared with a competent judicial/regulatory/statutory authority under any law or any order of any court, tribunal, authority, or regulatory body, but only to the extent necessary to comply with that law or order.

Consent:

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the User provides Sarvatra with the User’s express and voluntary consent for the collection and usage of the Personal Data. Such consent shall be deemed to be continuing unless revoked by the User, provided however that Sarvatra shall not be responsible and liable for any adverse effect arising out of such revocation.

Governing law:

This Privacy Policy and all rights and obligations under thereunder shall in all respects be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India and the courts of Pune shall have an exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any subject matter under these Terms.

Changes to the Privacy Policy:

Sarvatra reserves the right to update, modify, alter this Privacy Policy at any time. Sarvatra advises the User to check this Privacy Policy on a regular basis to be aware of the changes made to this Privacy Policy. the User’s continued use of the Services shall be deemed to be User’s acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
